That the sugarcane plant apart from being a raw material for making sugar, also has benefits for health, namely to facilitate the digestive system. Talking about sugarcane, it turns out that almost 96% of sugarcane production in North Sumatra Province is produced from Langkat Regency. In 2021, the total sugar cane production in Langkat Regency is 922 tons. Sugarcane is included in the commodities that will be recorded in ST2023.
