Today, Friday, November 10 2023, Langkat Regency BPS held a preparatory meeting for the implementation of Seruti activities for Quarter 4 2023. The preparatory meeting was held to evaluate the implementation of Seruti tw. 3 and review Seruti's concepts and definitions to improve the quality of the statistical data produced.

The Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti) is a household-based survey which is an integration of three surveys, namely the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), the Quarterly Household Consumption Special Survey (SKKRT), and the Special Household Savings and Investment Survey (SKTIR) which aims to to reduce duplication of activities and increase efficiency, as well as produce higher quality household economic statistical data.

Seruti 2023 is aimed at obtaining household economic statistics in the form of income values and patterns, consumption expenditure, non-consumption expenditure, investment and household financial transactions.
