Phase II Evaluation Meeting for 2024 Podes Data Collection

Langkat Regency BPS held a Village Potential Data Collection Evaluation Meeting (Podes) Phase II

The meeting was opened by the Head of Langkat Regency BPS, Mrs. Ir. Tuti Hidayati, M.Sc. The evaluation material was delivered by Mrs. Deby Novita Sari, SST, M.E.K.K and attended by all data collection officers, both supervisors and 2024 Podes field enumerators.

In this evaluation material, it is explained that one of the very strategic Podes data collection outputs is the Geographic Difficulty Index (IKG) and Village Index (ID).

Evaluation of ID development can be used to see what the progress or development of the village and the performance of the village government is like. For IKG, the value is getting higher, reflecting the village's increasingly minimal provision of basic services, lack of infrastructure, and difficulties with accessibility.
