Do you know #sahabatdata that Langkat Regency has a special culinary, HALUA. Halua is a sweet made from various types of vegetables and fruit. The sweet and sour taste makes this food famous for its fresh taste. The types of fruit that are usually processed into halua are papaya, mango, salak and various other fruits. In 2022, papaya production is 39,948 quintals, mango 20,407 quintals and salak 10,224 quintals. Fruit plants are included in the commodities that will be recorded in ST2023.
