Wednesday, April 24 2024, Langkat Regency BPS conducted Sectoral Statistics Development (PSS) at the Langkat Regency Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil).
Located in the Disdukcapil Hall, the event was opened by the Head of the Langkat Regency Disdukcapil Service, Mr. Faizal Rizal Matondang, S.Sos, M.AP and attended by the heads of the Disdukcapil Department and staff. In his speech, Mr Kadis expressed his hope that sectoral statistical activities at the Langkat Regency Dukcapil Office could be carried out well.

related to the Evaluation of the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS).

The aim of EPSS is to measure progress in the implementation of sectoral statistics, to improve the quality of implementation of sectoral statistics and to improve the quality of public services in the field of statistics.
The outcome of EPSS is that government agencies can carry out statistical activities well and in accordance with international standards. Apart from this, improving the quality of sectoral statistical data for achieving policies in government agencies and national priorities on an ongoing basis, and achieving the goal of One Data Indonesia bureaucratic reform and a reliable, effective and efficient National Statistics System.
To achieve the goals and outcomes of this EPSS activity, collaboration is needed between BPS as the supervisor of sectoral statistics, the Communication and Information Service as the data guardian and OPD as the data producer.
